Internet Explorer Configuration

Internet Explorer web browser may have problems displaying content on this site correctly if it is configured to use Compatibility View.

The site will display correctly in Internet Explorer when Compatibility View is disabled. There are two approaches to configuring Compatibility View.

Approach 1:

  1. Press and release the "Alt" key. A horizontal menu should appear below the browser address section. If it does not appear, try Approach 2.
  2. On the new menu click on the "Tools" menu and select "Compatibility View settings".
  3. A new dialog dialog window will appear. If "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View" has a checkmark, click on it to remove the checkmark.
  4. Click on "Close"
  5. The page should reload and display the page correctly.

Approach 2:

  1. Click on the settings (gear) icon in the upper right corner of the Internet Explorer window to bring up a settings menu.
  2. Select "Compatibility View settings" in the popup menu.
  3. A new dialog dialog window will appear. If "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View" has a checkmark, click on it to remove the checkmark.
  4. Click on "Close"
  5. The page should reload and display the page correctly.

If these approaches did not help, please try Google Chrome web browser.
